The new construction inspection is performed prior to moving in to your new
home. I will be inspecting the home in a more detailed manner. Meaning, I will
be adding cosmetics as defects where do not in a pre-owned home. The home is brand new;
it should be near perfect, right? I am basically doing your walk-through inspection for
you with a professional eye.
