Your builder typically gives a year warranty with his or her work on a new
home. The warranty inspection is generally performed eleven months after you have been in
your new home. I will document all issues for you to present to your builder to get resolved
before they become your issues.
I discount this inspection if I performed your New Construction Inspection.
