Comprehensive Reports
Immediately following our home inspection, we provide you with a comprehensive, detailed report of our findings, along with digital photographs documenting issues and recommendations and estimated costs for remediation of those issues. Your report can be a powerful negotiating tool. If the inspection reveals significant issues, you can negotiate with the seller to lower the price or request that repairs be made prior to closing.
Our inspection reports are computer generated using Homegauge® software that has been customized to be easy to read and understand. Your complete report will be printed and delivered to you on site along with an electronic copy sent via email.
